Find the platform on your account
Check whether your Shark account is provisioned through Tradesea / Rithmic. Volumetrica credentials should not be treated as a Rithmic login.
- 02
Match your program and stage
Use the instructions for your Basic, Basic Plus, or Instant Pro account. Confirm the active account ID when moving from a challenge to a funded stage.
- 03
Confirm the native Mac route
Ask Shark about Lightwick permission and direct Rithmic application access, then verify the system and gateway with its support team.

Is Shark’s Tradesea / Rithmic option the same as its Volumetrica option?
Shark presents them as separate choices. Start with the provider attached to your purchased account; a Mac platform must support that connection and be permitted for your account.
