Your Rithmic account
Bulenox runs its accounts on Rithmic and says more than 20 platforms connect through its Rithmic data feed. Its help center lists Rithmic Paper Trading as the system and Chicago as the gateway. Bulenox notes that Rithmic is not supported on macOS, which refers to Rithmic’s own Windows software; native Mac apps connect to the same feed.
Use Rithmic Paper Trading as the system and Chicago as the gateway, with the User ID from your Member’s Area.
Set up on Mac
Find your User ID
Bulenox provides your Rithmic User ID in the Member’s Area. Keep it with your password and the system name for future sign-ins.
Plan the agreement step
Bulenox’s guide has you accept Rithmic’s agreements in R | Trader Pro after connecting, which needs Windows. Without Windows, ask Bulenox support whether you can sign through Rithmic’s web agreement page instead.
Select the system and gateway
Use Rithmic Paper Trading and Chicago in your Mac application, then select your Bulenox account.
Using Lightwick
Lightwick brings Rithmic trading to a native Mac workspace, with charts, market depth, order entry, and account tools together. Start with Bulenox’s Rithmic account option and the connection details supplied with your account.
Lightwick is free during beta. Create an account to get started, with connection guidance for your trading account.
Join the free betaDo I need new logins when I go funded?
Yes. Bulenox says separate Funded Account access is provided, and trading may begin only after Bulenox confirms the account is ready for live trading. Master accounts work differently: up to five can share one Bulenox profile and one Rithmic User ID.
More help getting connected?
