Trading hotkeys act on the selected symbol and account, and work anywhere in Lightwick except while you’re typing. Change them in Settings → Hotkeys.
To review each hotkey order before it’s sent, set Trading hotkeys to Confirm first in Settings → Trading. Quantity hotkeys always act immediately. If you turn off One-click trading on live accounts in the same pane, every live-account order asks first, including hotkey orders.
Trading hotkeys
These are the defaults. Record your own in Settings → Hotkeys; Restore Defaults puts these back.
⌃⇧BBuy Market. Buy the selected symbol at market, using the order ticket’s quantity.
⌃⇧SSell Market. Sell the selected symbol at market, using the order ticket’s quantity.
⌃⇧CCancel Symbol Orders. Cancel the working orders for the selected symbol.
⌃⇧EExit Position. Cancel the selected symbol’s orders, then close its whole position.
⌃⇧FFlatten All. Cancel the account’s orders and close every open position.
⌃⇧[Decrease Quantity. Lower the ticket quantity by the instrument’s valid step.
⌃⇧]Increase Quantity. Raise the ticket quantity by the instrument’s valid step.
A trading hotkey needs ⌘, ⌃, or ⌥ so that typing can’t send an order. Function keys F1–F20 can stand alone. Settings tells you when a shortcut is already taken by another action or by the app.
